Now is the day we buy moneyThe idea is funny to me, but that's what you're doing when you're converting currencies.

Yes, we’re taking out like, ¥20,000 RMB and converting it to JPY and USD. The banks will do it for free here, no problem if you’re a citizen. Thanks, Shimou.

Mystery Box
Strike that, there's a problem: They don’t have enough of the currencies we want. In fact, only 1/3 of how much JPY we want, and literally no USD. This was the second bank we went to, and calling around the area doesn't seem to be helping.

Bounce around, haircut, edited a shit-ton, and had late tutoring class with Scott. Those are killer. I'm programmed to see nightfall as a time to relax, especially after the day was productive.

Scott the Tutor

I suggested to him the online tutoring where we connect Western tutors to Chinese students and he thought it was a good idea. Later that night, he’d already found one student. Scott works at a English training center, and has the problem that English schools won’t hire him because his degree is primarily in applied health science, but secondarily in English. His fluency is fantastic, but they only want the degree. Rat bastards.

Anyway, he’s hungry and driven, so it seems like it could be a good match. Here's to providing value with little effort for everyone involved.
